We Take a Look
(If You Need Us To)
For larger homes and offices, we'll do a quick pre-move survey. We check furniture sizes, stairwells, parking access, anything tricky. Better to know about the L-shaped sofa on the third floor before moving day, not during it.
Packing Day
Our team arrives with everything. Boxes, wrapping, blankets, tape, labels. Fragile things get packed like fragile things. Heavy things get protected like they're heavy. Every room is done in order, every box tells you what's inside.
Delivery and Setup
We don't drop boxes at the door and disappear. We unload, reassemble the furniture, put things where you want them, and check everything's arrived before we leave. Most families are sleeping in their beds that same night.

How Much Does a Villa Move in Dubai Cost?
Villa moving costs in Dubai vary more than almost any other service type — a 2-bedroom villa in Mirdif and a 6-bedroom villa in Emirates Hills are completely different jobs in scope, crew size, truck requirements, and packing volume.
Every quote is surveyed in detail — in person or virtually — itemised in writing, and fixed before your move date is confirmed. What you are quoted is what you pay.
Villa Size
Bedroom Count & Total AreaThe number of rooms determines the baseline for crew size, packing material quantity, and truck selection. A 3-bedroom villa typically requires 4–5 crew members and a large truck. A 6-bedroom villa may require two trucks and 6–8 crew members.
Distance
Origin to DestinationWithin-community moves — same compound or adjacent development — reduce transport time and fuel cost. Inter-emirate moves to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, or Ras Al Khaimah add transport cost and, in some cases, require an overnight crew schedule.
Packing Scope
Full-Pack, Partial, or Transport OnlyFull-pack service — crew packs every room — costs more than a transport-only quote. Partial-pack options reduce the total where the customer handles specific rooms. We offer all three tiers; the right option is confirmed during the survey.
Special Items
Pianos, Artwork, Safes & MorePianos, marble pieces, large aquariums, original artwork, safes, and built-in units requiring specialist tools affect crew time, equipment requirements, and in some cases require custom crating. These are quoted as specific line items after the survey.
Community Access
NOC, Permits & Timed EntrySome communities require NOC applications, vehicle permits, and timed entry windows. The logistics time involved in securing access is factored into the quote. It does not appear as a surprise addition on moving day — we handle the coordination in advance.
Move Date & Availability
End-of-Month vs. Mid-MonthEnd-of-month dates across Dubai carry higher demand — tenancy agreements expire on the last day of the month across most Dubai leases. Mid-month and mid-week dates are typically available with shorter notice and at standard rates.
