Home Moving

We pack it, load it, drive it, and put it back together at the other end. Apartments, townhouses, family homes — we've done them all across Dubai and beyond.

02

Packing & Unpacking

Real packing. Not "chuck it in a box and hope for the best." Each item gets the right material — bubble wrap, cartons, edge protection — and every box gets labeled so you're not guessing at the other end.

Why Choose Us

Honest Reasons People
Keep Coming Back

01

We know the buildings.
Yours included.

Arabian Ranches has different access rules than JBR. Towers on Reem Island have elevator booking slots. Some Palm Jumeirah communities require NOC letters 48 hours before a move. Our team deals with this stuff every week — so on your moving day, nobody's standing at a gate waiting for a call that was never made.

02

Same crew,
start to finish.

The people who wrap your furniture at 8am are the same people reassembling it at your new place. No subcontractors showing up mid-move who've never seen your stuff. One team. One job. Full accountability.

03

The quote we give you
is the one you pay.

We've heard too many stories from people who got a low number on the phone, only to find extra charges appearing once the truck was loaded. Our written quote covers labour, materials, transport, and reassembly. That's it. Nothing added at the end.

04

We understand why expats
move differently.

Lease ending in 30 days. Visa changing. Kids' school starts in September. The moving deadlines in the UAE are real and they're tight. We've built our booking and planning process around exactly that kind of timeline — because most of our customers are working to one.

Ready to work with a crew that
gets it right the first time?

How It Works

Four Steps.
One Less Thing to Worry About.

01
Start here

Tell Us About Your Move

Where you're coming from, where you're going, when you need to be out. Villa or apartment. Rough idea of how much you have. That's enough for us to come back with a real quote — not a "starting from" number designed to sound cheap.

02
Optional

We Take a Look
(If You Need Us To)

For larger homes and offices, we'll do a quick pre-move survey. We check furniture sizes, stairwells, parking access, anything tricky. Better to know about the L-shaped sofa on the third floor before moving day, not during it.

03
Moving day

Packing Day

Our team arrives with everything. Boxes, wrapping, blankets, tape, labels. Fragile things get packed like fragile things. Heavy things get protected like they're heavy. Every room is done in order, every box tells you what's inside.

04
You're home

Delivery and Setup

We don't drop boxes at the door and disappear. We unload, reassemble the furniture, put things where you want them, and check everything's arrived before we leave. Most families are sleeping in their beds that same night.

Service Areas

We Cover the UAE.
All of It.

Dubai gets most of the attention, but we move people across every emirate. Our teams know the communities — the ones with strict access times, the towers that need advance elevator bookings, the villa districts where trucks over a certain size can't enter without coordination. That knowledge matters more than most people realise until something goes wrong on moving day.

We currently serve families, expats, and businesses in:

Q01 How much does a villa move cost in Dubai?
Costs vary depending on the size of your villa, number of rooms, packing requirements, and distance. We provide written fixed-price quotes — no surprises at the end. Most villa moves in Dubai range between AED 3,000 and AED 8,000 for a full-service move including packing, transport, and reassembly. The best way to get an accurate number is to tell us about your move and we'll come back with a real quote.
Q02 How far in advance should I book my move?
For a villa move, we recommend booking at least 7–14 days in advance. This gives us time to arrange community access permits, elevator bookings, and assign the right crew size. For peak periods — typically September when schools reopen and January after the holiday season — booking 3–4 weeks ahead is a safer approach. If you're in a tight spot, call us anyway and we'll tell you what we can do.
Q03 Do you pack everything, or just the furniture?
We handle everything — furniture, kitchenware, fragile items, wardrobes, outdoor furniture, and boxes. Each category gets the right packing material. Glassware is wrapped individually. Artwork gets edge protection. Electronics are packed with anti-static wrap where needed. If you'd prefer to pack personal or sentimental items yourself, that's completely fine — just let us know during the quote and we'll plan around it.
Q04 What happens if something gets damaged during the move?
All moves are fully insured. If anything is damaged during transit or handling, we take responsibility and arrange repair or replacement. We document the condition of high-value items before the move begins — so there's no dispute and no ambiguity. In the rare cases where damage has occurred, we've never left a customer to deal with it alone.
Q05 Can you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
Yes — dismantling and full reassembly is included in every villa move. We handle beds, wardrobes, modular shelving, dining tables, wall-mounted units, and most flat-pack furniture. If you have custom-built pieces or anything unusually large, mention it during the quote stage so we can send the right tools and team members on the day.
Q06 Do you move between emirates?
Yes. We regularly move families between Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Inter-emirate moves are quoted based on distance and volume. International moves — leaving or arriving in the UAE — are also available, including paperwork guidance and customs coordination.
Q07 How long does a villa move typically take?
A standard 4-bedroom villa move takes between 6 and 10 hours with a full crew. Larger properties, long-distance moves, or homes with heavy custom furniture may take longer. We give you a realistic time estimate at the quote or survey stage — not an optimistic number designed to get the booking. Most families are sleeping in their beds on the same night as their move.
Q08 Do you handle community access and parking permits?
Yes — and this is one of the things that genuinely sets us apart. We contact your community management in advance, arrange NOC letters where required, book service elevators, confirm parking access for our vehicles, and coordinate with security. You don't need to chase anyone or make calls you've never made before. We've done this in over 200 different Dubai communities. We know the process.

How Much Does a Villa Move in Dubai Cost?

Villa moving costs in Dubai vary more than almost any other service type — a 2-bedroom villa in Mirdif and a 6-bedroom villa in Emirates Hills are completely different jobs in scope, crew size, truck requirements, and packing volume.

Every quote is surveyed in detail — in person or virtually — itemised in writing, and fixed before your move date is confirmed. What you are quoted is what you pay.

6 factors that determine your villa moving cost
01

Villa Size

Bedroom Count & Total Area
Cost Impact

The number of rooms determines the baseline for crew size, packing material quantity, and truck selection. A 3-bedroom villa typically requires 4–5 crew members and a large truck. A 6-bedroom villa may require two trucks and 6–8 crew members.

02

Distance

Origin to Destination
Cost Impact

Within-community moves — same compound or adjacent development — reduce transport time and fuel cost. Inter-emirate moves to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, or Ras Al Khaimah add transport cost and, in some cases, require an overnight crew schedule.

03

Packing Scope

Full-Pack, Partial, or Transport Only
Cost Impact

Full-pack service — crew packs every room — costs more than a transport-only quote. Partial-pack options reduce the total where the customer handles specific rooms. We offer all three tiers; the right option is confirmed during the survey.

04

Special Items

Pianos, Artwork, Safes & More
Cost Impact

Pianos, marble pieces, large aquariums, original artwork, safes, and built-in units requiring specialist tools affect crew time, equipment requirements, and in some cases require custom crating. These are quoted as specific line items after the survey.

05

Community Access

NOC, Permits & Timed Entry
Cost Impact

Some communities require NOC applications, vehicle permits, and timed entry windows. The logistics time involved in securing access is factored into the quote. It does not appear as a surprise addition on moving day — we handle the coordination in advance.

06

Move Date & Availability

End-of-Month vs. Mid-Month
Cost Impact

End-of-month dates across Dubai carry higher demand — tenancy agreements expire on the last day of the month across most Dubai leases. Mid-month and mid-week dates are typically available with shorter notice and at standard rates.
